Corporate Financing

To date, Acologix has received aggregate net proceeds over $75 million through the placement of private equity securities. Most recently, the Company closed a Series C equity financing which was closed in February 2006 that raised aggregate net proceeds of approximately $30 million. Funds raised in these financing rounds are being used to accelerate the Company’s leading therapeutic development programs, AC-820, AC-100 and AC-200.
