Acologix Announces Relocation

HAYWARD, Calif., Dec. 21, 2004 —Acologix Inc., a privately held biopharmaceutical company, announced today the relocation of its headquarters and R&D functions from Emeryville to a new biotech facility in Hayward, California.

The newly built-out state-of-the-art space was designed specifically for Acologix's needs in its administration and R&D activities for next several years. The initial size is approximately 14,000 square feet and the future expansions are taken into consideration.
