Pipeline Overview

Acologix has several key product development programs in the osteo-renal area at various stages of clinical and preclinical development. The most advanced program in the renal area is in Phase 3 and product approval stages in and outside of the U.S., respectively. The most advanced program in the hard tissue area is at the Phase 2 or pre-Phase 2 clinical development stage in the U.S., depending on the indication. The third program is at the preclinical stage seeking the advancement toward clinical development. Acologix established its product pipeline through academic collaborations and in-licensing. The Company plans to expand its pipeline continuously by adding new product candidates in the osteo-renal and related areas.
